Cheese cake and honey with saffron
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 200 ml liquid cream
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey with Saffron AL- JUCAR
- 2 envelopes of curd
- 250g of cream cheese
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, beat the eggs , milk , cream , sugar and honey first for a couple of minutes and then add the envelopes of curd and cheese, finished beat until a smooth cream .
Spread with a little butter mold that we will use and pour the mixture should not exceed more than ¾ of the mold , since during baking the dough rise .
Bake for approximately 40 minutes until it begins to brown.
Let cool , unmold and serve with honey with saffron AL- JUCAR .
