Saffron La Mancha Karkom with its designation of origin protection. Considered the best saffron in the world for its unique characteristics, it has a high coloring power, intense, strong and exotic aroma with a slight bitter taste.

It is grown only in the region of Castilla La Mancha (Spain).

USES: Crush the threads in a mortar and dilute into the stew 10 minutes before the end of cooking. You can also use it to make an infusion in a glass with a little boiled water , let it stand for at least one hour and use directly .
