About our saffron
Yes, we offer La Mancha saffron with P.D.O., under the KARKOM brand, guaranteeing its quality, purity and origin. Additionally, we also have other high-quality saffron carefully selected under the AL-JÚCAR brand.
To maintain its aroma, flavor and properties, store it in a dry place, away from light and heat, preferably in an airtight container.
About 6 strands per dish is enough. To enhance its color and aroma, you can infuse it in hot water before adding it to your stews. You could also try our ground saffron, which facilitates dissolution and allows you to get more color out of it. It's of the highest quality and 100% pure saffron.
